Coordinate and supervise office staff, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and ensuring deadlines are met. Organize and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper maintenance. Handle scheduling and calendar management for senior executives, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors, contractors, and service providers, managing relationships and negotiating contracts. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of documents, reports, and records, ensuring compliance with company standards and confidentiality. Assist in the budgeting and financial management of office operations, including tracking expenses and managing office-related costs. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue arrangements, and travel accommodations. Ensure the office environment is conducive to productivity and well-being, including maintaining a safe and clean workplace. Support HR functions by assisting in onboarding new employees, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records. Implement and monitor office health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and operational continuity.
