Lead and coordinate a team of social media marketing interns, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Organize brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate fresh, innovative ideas for content and campaigns. Provide mentorship and feedback to interns, ensuring they gain practical skills and professional development in social media marketing. Assist in the management of social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
